Basic Eligibility Requirements

Homeowner of a primary residence in Florida

Property damaged by Hurricane Idalia, Debby, Helene, Milton, or May 2024 North Florida Tornadoes

Low- to moderate-income household (income limits apply)

Home is located in a federally declared disaster area

Property is not substantially damaged beyond repair

No duplication of benefits from insurance or other sources
