President
Elijah started in roofing at 16, selling roofs alongside his father. He obtained his Florida State Roofing License in 2006 and has led RSA to become one of Florida's most trusted roofing contractors.
Stephen De La Garza
Founder
With roofing experience dating back to 1981, Stephen built a reputation for integrity and craftsmanship. His passion for quality roofing was passed down to his son Elijah.
