2Estimates and Proposals

All estimates and proposals provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during the project. Any additional work beyond the original scope will require written approval and may result in additional charges.

3Licensing and Insurance

Roofing Systems of America, Inc. is a licensed roofing contractor in the State of Florida (License #CCC1328396). We maintain comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for all employees.

4Warranties

We offer a 7-Year Craftsmanship Warranty on all roof installations, covering labor and workmanship with no proration. Manufacturer warranties on materials vary by product and are provided separately. Warranty terms and conditions are detailed in your service agreement.

5Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. We accept various payment methods and offer financing options through approved partners. Failure to make timely payments may result in work stoppage and collection actions.

6Cancellation Policy

You may cancel scheduled services with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a service fee. Once work has commenced, cancellation terms are governed by your service agreement.

7Insurance Claims

When assisting with insurance claims, we act as your contractor, not your insurance representative. We provide documentation and estimates to support your claim, but final claim decisions are made by your insurance company. We are not responsible for claim denials or coverage disputes.
